Terms of Service

Last updated: August 31, 2026

1. What Grant Finder RI is

Grant Finder RI (“the Service”), operated by ZzARA Future Tech (“we,” “us”), helps you search for real government grant and loan opportunities and helps you prepare to apply. We are not a government agency, we are not affiliated with any government agency, and we do not guarantee that you will receive any grant, loan, or approval.

2. We never file for you

The Service helps you find opportunities and assemble applications. You always review, sign, and submit any application yourself. We do not submit anything to any agency on your behalf. Nothing is ever filed without your review and action.

3. Accuracy and your responsibility

We surface opportunities and information from public sources and do our best to keep them accurate, but programs, deadlines, amounts, and eligibility rules change. You are responsible for verifying every detail with the funding source before you rely on it or apply. The Service is provided for informational purposes and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. To cancel or request help with billing, contact us (see Contact).

5. Refunds

If the Service isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we'll make it right. Except as required by law, payments for periods already used are non-refundable, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding past ones.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any funding you did or did not receive. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
